We then visually inspect the parts to insure that no debris have been left behind. After the parts have been fully cleaned and checked, the assembly process begins. No corners are cut during out remanufacturing process. We use top quality parts and spend the extra time that is needed to ensure a high quality product. All of our alternators are checked using state-of-the-art computerized test benches that simulate the demands of an actual engine. When it's all finished, we have a quality unit, backed by the same Warranty provided for our New Alternators.
