We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
There is a
3% handling fee applied to all orders. We also accept cashier’s checks, personal
checks or money orders. C.O.D. orders are accepted along with a U.P.S. surcharge
of $7.00 added to all shipping costs. When received by you, all C.O.D. orders
must be paid by a cashier’s check or money order.
SHIPPING METHOD
We ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Other available methods are via UPS 2nd day air & next day air; DHL; or
FedEx and U.S. Post. Shipping costs vary depending on the size & weight of
your order and your preferred method of shipping. We use a trucking company for
very large, heavy items like transmissions and engines. Most orders are
processed and shipped within 24 hours. We have a highly modern shipping facility
that enables us to expedite your order promptly & efficiently.
DON’T SEE WHAT YOU NEED?
Due to the vast size of our inventory, it is
impossible to include all the parts that we carry in this catalog. If you
require a part that you don’t see listed, please don’t hesitate to call!
We
also carry parts for most European cars, including BMW, Mercedes, jaguar, Audi
& Volvo.
DAMAGED GOODS
All merchandise is in good condition when leaving Vertex.
If a part is lost or broken, it is the receivers’ responsibility to contact
U.P.S. Do not return the part to us. First notify the carrier and file a damage
report and receive a claim number. If you return a damaged part without a U.P.S.
claim number, U.P.S. will not cover the loss. All items shipped by us are
insured for their full value. If you are unsure as to how to proceed with a
claim, contact one of our customer service representatives. A claim for a broken
or missing part must be made within 5 working days upon receipt of the
merchandise.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Vertex will not be responsible or liable for labor,
damage
incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Our
maximum
liability shall not exceed the cost of the products.
PRICES
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we
will notify you of any price increase before shipping your order. Vertex
reserves the right to correct any typographical errors.
